- Only BSHA members in good standing who have their dues paid in full will be permitted to use the facilites.
- ~Guests are permitted, but must be accompanied by an adult resident member at all times. The resident member is responsible to ensure that their guest abides by all association rules. Resident members are financially liable for any and all damages caused by their guests.
- ~No fees are required for guests; however guests are limited to four per household. Contact a Board member for exceptions to the guest limit.
- ~All guests are classified as non-Blue Springs residents. Guests may not be residents of Blue Springs who are anybody other than "full" paid up members in good standing.
- ~Guest privileges should not be abused. The Board reserves the right to review individual cases which may result in the suspension and denial of guest privileges for an individual member of the family.
- ~No glass bottles or containers of any kind shall be allowed in the recreation areas at any time! Violation will result in membership privileges being suspended.
- ~All entry gates must remain closed and locked at all times.
- ~Profane language, disrespectful behavior, vulgarity and other offensive behavior are strictly prohibited.
- ~Under no circumstances shall a minor, less then 21 years of age, be permitted to consume or possess alcoholic beverages on any premises belonging to BSHA.
- ~All common area facilities which include the pool, tennis courts, pavilion, bathrooms and parking lots are closed from 11:00 pm until 5:00 am unless explicit approval by Board members has been granted.
- ~No pets of any kind are permitted in the recreation facilities. (Cobb County Health Department Regulation)
- ~No food is allowed outside the pavilion area. (Cobb County Health Department Regulation)
- ~All trash should be picked up and placed in trash receptacles before leaving the pavilion area.
- ~Only bagged, not loose, trash should be placed in the large wheeled trash containers.
- ~The telephone is provided for emergency use. Emergency services can be contacted by dialing 911. Other calls should be held to brief conversations. If an emergency should arise, the telephone shall be immediately surrendered.
- ~Roller blades, bicycles, skateboards, scooters and similar devices are not permitted within the recreation facilities.
- ~The parking lot should not be used as a playground because of the risk of injury by moving vehicles.
- ~No overnight parking is permitted on any BSHA premises without prior approval of the Board.
