- No lifeguard is on duty at any time. USE THE POOL AT YOUR OWN RISK.
- Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult in the pool and tennis areas at all times.
- Adults playing tennis must provide additional adult supervision while their underage children are using the pool. In other words, don't try to watch your children while you're playing tennis. Your children are placed at undue risk.
- An adult is defined as any member of a household who is at least 16 years old.
- Diving is strictly prohibited due to the associated danger and risk.
- The ropes must be connected at all times. (Cobb County Health Department Regulation.)
- Please do not get on or play with the ropes.
- Chewing gum is prohibited in or around the pool area. Gum can cause severe and expensive pump damage.
- The pump house is off limits to all unauthorized personnel.
- No solo swimming is permitted.(Cobb County Health Department regulation).
- Anyone who is 16 years of age or older may swim when accompanied by another competent swimmer
- Any dangerous or potentially dangerous activity in or around the pool area is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to running, pushing or shoving.
- Floats, aquatic chairs and soft pool toys are permitted in the pool but should not impede swimming.
- Running, jumping and /or diving into the pool with floats is prohibited.
- Conservatively oriented swimsuits should be worn in and around the pool. Facilities are family oriented.
- Infants and children in diapers must wear plastic pants under their swimsuits, due to health matters.
- Bathers should shower before entering the pool area, especially it they have applied sun tan lotion/oil or have been playing tennis.
- The last resident member leaving the pool area is responsible for turning off all lights and assuring that all gates are closed and locked.
