Newsflash
CLOSING LETTERS:  There is a $25 service charge for a closing letter. Closing letters are obtained from Dave Mikolowsky, co-Treasurer of the Association. Submit all requests including buyers' and sellers' names a minimum of five business days prior to closing. Requests received with less than the 5 day lead time are not guaranteed a response and will incur higher fees.

  • The tennis courts are to be used for playing tennis only. No other games are permitted. Only non-marking tennis shoes should be worn on the courts.
  • The tennis courts are available for play from 5:00 am until 11:00 pm.
  • All trash should be deposited in the appropriate containers.
  • Please empty all court side trash receptacles when full.
  • The bathrooms should be cleaned from all trash, debris, etc. after all matches.
  • Squeegees and score cards should be properly stored when not in use.
