- Only full members in good standing and their guests may use the tennis courts.
- At least one Blue Springs full member per court shall be present unless approval is granted from the BSHA Board of Directors.
- Guests do not include Blue Springs residents who are not full members in good standing.
- Singles play can be reserved for 1 hour; doubles play can be reserved for 1-1/2 hours.
- When not reserved, court use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Playing time is limited to the hours set above when others are waiting to play.
- Blue Springs tennis teams are limited to reserving two courts at a time for league practice/play. They may use the third court if no other BSHA member is already using the court and the third court is not reserved . All teams will yield the 3rd court during practice sessions to individuals who arrive to play even without a prior reservation. If all courts are in use, all teams will yield the first available court when the current match being played is finished.
- Reservations are to be posted on the bulletin board on the tennis side of the bathhouse. Reservations must be made more than 1-1/2 hours prior to reservation time to apply.
- Court reservations will be forfeited 10 minutes after posted reservation time and courts then will become available on a first-come, first-served basis. The court will then be usable by other individuals or teams.
- Reservation conflicts shall be worked out between the parties involved.
- Blue Springs teams may bump another Blue Springs team practice court time for making up rained out home matches. A courtesy call in advance to the other team's captain is required and the makeup scheduled time is to be reserved on the court side reservation list.
- Teams cannot bump individual players who have reserved a court for a rain make up match to be played, unless a prior agreement is reached by the appropriate team member and the individual player who has reserved the court.
- Non-Blue Springs teams can not reserve Blue Springs courts for a rain make up match. Individuals from a non-Blue Springs team choosing to make up a rained out match will follow the general reservation rules for sign up and court time limitations.
