CLOSING LETTERS:  There is a $25 service charge for a closing letter. Closing letters are obtained from Dave Mikolowsky, co-Treasurer of the Association. Submit all requests including buyers' and sellers' names a minimum of five business days prior to closing. Requests received with less than the 5 day lead time are not guaranteed a response and will incur higher fees.

Submit all requests for closing letters, including buyers' and sellers' names to Dave Mikolowsky a minimum of five business days prior to closing. Requests received with less than than the 5 day lead time are not guaranteed a response and will incur higher fees.
