CLOSING LETTERS:  There is a $25 service charge for a closing letter. Closing letters are obtained from Dave Mikolowsky, co-Treasurer of the Association. Submit all requests including buyers' and sellers' names a minimum of five business days prior to closing. Requests received with less than the 5 day lead time are not guaranteed a response and will incur higher fees.

IMPORTANT NOTICE re: Special Assessments   

 

The 2010 special assessment payment was due on July 1st.

After August 2nd  pool and tennis court access will be denied for those that have not paid.
